Walking into this store I was immediately greeted by Amanda at the front desk! She was so cheerful and welcoming. With a lovely smile she asked me can I help you with anything?! I was unaware what insurances were accepted and briefly mentioned that to her. She eagerly told me what I needed to hear and insisted on answering any other questions I had. Although some of the prices on frames are more expensive then other establishments I’d recommend this place to anyone. The main reason why is the great customer service!
my child's appointment was made with the Eye Associates of Monroe County and unfortunately the insurance information that was taken was incorrect upon updating the insurance less than 24 hours from going to the office I was told that I couldn't keep my appointment after taking the day off of work. I I am certain that my wife gave them the proper insurance for my child unfortunately not only did they have the wrong number but they had the wrong Insurance Company. I had an emergency and they got me right in that evening. Very kind and caring people. They explained things to me and took there time.
Excellent experience overall. The individuals I spoke with were courteous, knowledgeable and...fun. Yeah that too. Nice to deal with professionals who also have nice personalities. Service was fast and up to date. Texts reminding me of my appointment, straightforward system and good equipment run by folks who know how to use them. I recommend this business to anybody be who appreciates what professional health service can be.
