Good Service, Good Doctors, Knowledgeable Staff. Slightly expensive, but quality product and experience.
Really disgusted today with Eye Associates. They made a mistake on the amount due on my daughter's glasses, and instead of being accommodating on payment, they refused to dispense her glasses until payment was made in full. THEIR mistake. No leeway, no flexibility, nothing. Terrible customer service. I doubt we will ever go back there.
