We had a very good experience with Extreme Window in St Augustine. The price was right and the windows we replaced in our condo were of good quality. We always get comments on how fantastic our slider looks. Workers arrived when they said they would, worked diligently and completed the installation in a reasonable time frame. Richard our Rep was always responsive, professional and friendly throughout our experience. I would not be able to recommend this company. We had a very negative experience. Our contractor ordered 6 windows for a major renovation from Extreme. The day they were installed I came home to see that where a large 72” horizontal slider window should be they had installed a munchkin cropped sliding glass door with a colossal 6” vinyl frame and clunky sliding glass door hardware. Had a warranty claim on a window that fogged inside after a few years. Called and spoke with Mike. He took care of everything start to finish. He came quickly, took measurements, dealt with the mfg for me, then dropped off a new window (it was a slider so I just installed it myself). So easy. Never had to call manufacturer or anything. Thanks Mike!!

Extreme Window and Door Solutions has done an exceptional job at a great price. My house was half built and then abandoned by the original builder. There have been many issues, from damage due to weather exposure to inconsistent/incorrect sizing of door and window openings. Derrick and Josh didn't flinch, didn't complain. They went right to work, fixing problems and getting everything installed and working.
