If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go. The surroundings in the front are lovely. The people that work up front are very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. My dentist, Dr. Kono, is THE BEST. Besides the fact that his work is amazing, he is one of the nicest people I've ever known.
Ruth (hygenist) and Dr. Brian Scott are fabulous. The front desk is always friendly.
I have been visiting the Palo Alto Dental Group for many years. I continue to enjoy my experiences there.

Excellent scheduling and follow up
Really liked Koi. Was having trouble finding a hygienist after Tiffany left but I'm glad to have discovered Koi.
A+ for Dr Keller and his staff. Dr Keller is a professional with an old school charm! He is detailed, gentle, and efficient. I never felt pushed for an unnecessary procedures, never felt rushed or left the office with an unanswered question, I never waited for my appointment. The entire office worked like a well oiled machine. It sounds crazy, but I like my dental appointments. My whole family, including the teenage child feel the same. Thank you Dr Keller and your wonderful staff for our sparkling smiles.
As always, I appreciate the staff's expertise; I'm sorry to learn that Pam will be retiring, but I know that I will continue to be in good hands with this practice!
I see Dr. Keller, who was recommended to me by a friend who's lived in the Bay Area her whole life. He's so nice, and while I haven't had any work done by him up to now (no cavities, yay!), I think his bedside manner and this practice's emphasis on non-cosmetic dentistry that keeps your mouth actually healthy is amazing!
