It pains me to state with certainty that the quality of PADG dental care has recently greatly diminished. For the first time in over 20 years llse's hygiene appointment (April 2019) did not include examination by a dentist. What study establishes that one dental exam per year suffices for a patient of her age, with her dental history? My visit was fine, but even though I arrived a little early, the cleaning was not finished and has required me to go back for a followup cleaning. This is not what I want to happen in the future.
I was very pleased with Nancy. All went well.
I had really bad experiences in some other dental offices in the area. But every time I come to Palo Alto Dental group, Dr. Keller fixes my dental issue properly or referred me to the right places to have the work done in the right way. I trust his suggestions and his work.
