I really did not like the appointment reminder system. I was constantly bombarded with texts and emails, even AFTER I had confirmed that I was coming. When I came into the office for my visit, I asked to be removed from the text reminders because it was too obnoxious. I would prefer to be reminded once and that is it. The staff at Palo Alto Dental Group are very welcoming, even at 7:00 a.m. in the morning! Dr. Keller is great; I like it when he draws pictures to better explain my dental care situation. Great job!

Tiffany is fantastic. Best hygienist I've ever had, and I'm 55 yrs old and have been getting cleanings all of my life!
