I was waiting for a cancellation for a hygiene apt with Maria. Your office Fallicio (sp?) did an excellent, diligent job of following up with me and offering me several choices for appointments. I was able to get an appointment before my dental coverage expired YEAH. Maria is always extremely competent and careful in her hygiene work which is why I will wait for her calendar to open up.

I like the email reminders, but the text reminders were overkill. I think I got 3 or 4 - that is too many.
This was for my regular cleaning, with Maria; she's always great.
Entire staff: Receptionist; Hygienist; Technician; Dentist, all professional and am please to be part of your group.
