Comment is re: Q4 - seems like you think a 14 minute wait is no wait. I'd add a 1-14 minutes to your options, and then I would have checked that bubble. Also, last time I was in I asked to only receive email notifications & reminders of my appts, but this time I continued to get text and email notifications - a total of 6 (everytime I was emailed I was texted as well - one time on Saturday morning at 8am which was annoying). I asked the receptionist to remove my cell phone number from the record so as to not receive any more... read more

Always greeted right away and never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Everyone is professional and Dr. Iverson is excellent.
