I want to make sure that I thanked dr kono for offering to come in early to do my teeth brightening. even though that wasn't possible with my schedule, that was very kind of him and I appreciate it very much

Dr. Bahl and my hygienist, Pam, stay up to date on current dental advancements and are compassionate and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter and I were late to our appointments, and we apologized to the staff, who were very understanding of the traffic, etc. I needed X-rays however, at Dr. Bahl's request. The Hygienist sent me down to X-ray before (not much before) 5 p.m. Regardless, the X-ray tech sneered at me and said "You were late and now I will be getting out late getting out." I said that I was sorry. I was not given the option to get X-rays another time, which I would have preferred to her angry sneer.

Dr. Keller put me at ease and quickly and expertly fixed the problem I was having with a chipped front tooth. He also took the time to examine a problem I was having with "#2", and came up with a plan to address it, which was a great relief to me.

I love my hygienist and doctor, but am always annoyed that my appointments are NEVER on time. They're always at least 15 min. late (i.e. 15 minutes past the appointment time) and once I waited a whopping 40 minutes. And this is not even counting the time that I actually arrive early (I typically arrive 10-15 min. early). Please be respectful of your patients' time as we are respectful of yours and make it a top priority of ours to arrive early.

Double up on the People magazines in your waiting room. Everyone I know enjoys reading light short articles when waiting for medical procedures.

my only feedback is that I had to reschedule my teeth cleaning appt about a week before it was to take place, and the next available was 2 months away! That meant I went 8 months between cleanings. I would consider looking elsewhere if it's that hard to get an appt.
