Very caring doctor and assistant. They worked well together and all went well.
The locked gate (to the reception upstairs) is probably illegal! I tried to exit to the parking lot via the upstairs reception, forgetting that there is a chain across the stairway at the bottom. At the top of the stairs I saw the chain at the bottom, turned to go back inside, and discovered the door upstairs was locked! Going down the stairs, I discovered the gate was locked, and is too high to easily climb over. Dr. Kono is the best dentist i've had in my entire life and Stella the best hygienist and your entire office staff has always been excellent
A pediatric dentist would be great.
I just wanted to pass on a comment regarding Stella, the hygienist who saw me during my cleaning. Stella is hands-down the best hygienist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She was thorough, engaging, and wonderfully informative about how I can improve my dental hygiene. I'm excited to discuss improvement/critique with her in six months. I hope you guys hold on to her.
Maria has been my hygienist for many years, and she continues to do great work and is always pleasant during my visit. I also always enjoy seeing Dr. Kono and appreciate the thoroughness of his work. Great job as always.

The extra time needed for X-ray was a surprize, which put me late for ameeting....Best to know ahead-of-time what was going to happen and for how long....
I broke a tooth day 1, called your office day 1, had an appointment 8 30 AM day two, walked out in less than an hour with a 'hopefully' permanent solution.
