I was about to be towed this morning, 6/17/24, by Extreme Towing , contracted by my insurance company, State Farm. My shifter had locked up in park while the dashboard indicated I was in neutral. A young gentleman by the name of Nicholas arrived with his tow truck and I explained the situation to him. He opened the hood, made a quick connection at the base of the battery, and the car was fixed.
