I'm considering moving after living in one of the HOAs they manage because they are so terrible. The communication is horrible and I am sent violations that are not even violations per the code. I feel harassed and legit am looking for somewhere else to lively solely because of them.
Extreme Management Team is terrible. They do not communicate! Worse, the management team, especially Jeff Cox, harass HOA members by sending them frivolous violations about things which are not even violations, while they ignore sending real violations and give special treatment to board members to violate many rules.
Jeff Cox is an outstanding employee and does the best job as our Manager for a commercial property in Orlando. Thank you for his detail and professionalism. He is a breath of fresh air.
