Rebecca is our cam . She goes around looking for home owners violations yet fails to maintain the common area. My neighbor and I have been dealing with her for nine months regarding an erosion and she has been minimizing the issue and has been giving us the runaround. None of my work order gets done. She waits until you take care of it yourself or give up. It took me less than five minutes to take these pictures.
Extreme Management Team has exceptional customer service. Felicita is always there to answer questions and assist with any of our needs. They are also professional, courteous and helpful. Great company.

Having lived in this HOA for over thirty years, I’ve gone through three changing of the HOA, I have to say besides the first, Extreme property is by far the worst! . They are without question the rudest people. We found out the HOA changed in Nextdoor, not a call, a meeting, nothing. The first person I ever spoke to was the nicest. Jeff Cox was far from that. apparently jeff cox retired. hope he remembers what a bad job he did in his last years of property mgmt service. yes, customer service. which he provided very poorly. wouldn't answer his phone. if he did grace you with his presence by calling you back, he was EXTREMELY RUDE. rude, rude, rude person. enjoy your retirement and remembering how impolite you are. may you be treated the same way by others.
I'm considering moving after living in one of the HOAs they manage because they are so terrible. The communication is horrible and I am sent violations that are not even violations per the code. I feel harassed and legit am looking for somewhere else to lively solely because of them.
Extreme Management Team is terrible. They do not communicate! Worse, the management team, especially Jeff Cox, harass HOA members by sending them frivolous violations about things which are not even violations, while they ignore sending real violations and give special treatment to board members to violate many rules.
