They were very prompt - actually arrived 1/2 hour before scheduled time. The repair man seemed very efficient and answered all our questions. We do feel that the price is a little high but, right now, everything Is too high. However, getting fast, dependable service is definitely worth something!!!
The work was done very quickly and after more than a month, have had zero issues. Great experience!
