I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. As a rental agent in a resort location we are hopeful to never need their services. A recent occurrence required a call and the Extreme Heat team were to the rescue within a time I never believed possible. I highly recommend them for 100% peace of mind that the issue is resolved by professionals who know what they are doing.
They did not follow up on phone calls regarding a previous treatment. Not proper service and their guarantee is a joke
We had a potential scare at our home when my daughter returned from a trip to Punta Cana recently. I was afraid she had been exposed to bed bugs. I called Extreme Heat on my daughters return from airport. Extreme Heat was super responsive. Discussed options. Looked at my daughters bites and searched her luggage for potential bed bugs. It turned up negative- Thankfully! I completely recommend Extreme Heat and I am very thankful and relieved for their responsiveness.
