This place is great! It has only been 3 months and I am already seeing results. The workouts are creative and the trainers are personal and caring yet they always seem to kick my behind and yet I always seem to keep coming back! If you want the workout of a life time this is the place!!!!!!!!
I have worked out at extreme for the last year and highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to shed a few pounds or pack on some muscle. I train in mma and the trainers there have helped my overall strength, speed, and endurance leading me to win fights! Their clientele ranges from 13 year old soccer players to 90 year old grandparents and they cater to each and everyones needs, great place to workout!
