Today once again my wife and I were treated like gold by the one and only Simon Hodgson. We have been working with him for over 10 years and whether it was buying or selling a vehicle the one thing that continues to bring us back is his passion for the customer. He truly cares for my family and their wellbeing and it shows in every conversation Sitting across the table from him we never feel pressured but rather a sense of worth. I’d give the sales staff, especially Simon, a 5. I can’t remotely say the same about our experiences with the service department over the years. Today’s experience was the worst yet and was so avoidable had the staff been communicating with us openly and honestly from the start. This just shows how important it is to adequately train your frontline staff in any business. First off, your guys parts department rocks! I've walked in and got electronics right off the shelf for my 1993 Dodge Ramcharger (Yes I said '93!) that I was told by another dealer in the area "were not avalable within 150 miles". Also happy with the recent work I had done on said '93. Glad you guys had the ability to scan it! Thanks Mike in service for keeping me updated.
