I believe that Extreme Custom Marine is a good and reputable company. I made an online purchase and needed assistance troubleshooting the equipment. They were very helpful and provided excellent customer service, even though I had to ultimately return the part and purchase a different solution. They do good business!

My boat hadn't been run in 10 years and needed a ton of work to bring it back to life... Called ECM and spoke with Paul.. We discussed what repairs were likely needed in order to get it running and he gave me a ballpark window of what it was going to cost. He was able to schedule me in within a few days and had the boat running perfectly within a week. My experience was great.. I recently found Extreme Custom Marine after having an issue with my outdrive. Paul's is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly HONEST. Paul didn't try to upsell or take advantage of my obvious desperation. He simply helped me, fixed my problems, made recommendations, and most importantly got me back on the water and save my families vacation.
