Justin is a good salesman.. HOWEVER, the MANAGER, not so much. We purchased a truck and it took 3 weeks to get a title for it. Then when the paperwork was FINALLY sent to Louisiana (where we're from) he failed to put all the info so the DMV rejected it. I ended up having to call to figure out what was wrong because THE MANAGER didnt know what to do in the situation. We purchased in the beginning of AUGUST and still dont have the tag. RecommendedJustin is a plus without him they probably wouldnt get much business. Hes very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure your sastifed. He dont try to just sell you something he ACTUALLY really sincere bout his work. If you ever go up to get a car i recommend JUSTIN.
the sales rep was "extremely " friendly and helpful. the waiting room was very comfortable. and the automobiles were really nice.
Worst experience ever! I purchased an SUV a little over a month ago. I had problems with it in less than 2 weeks. I attempted to take it back as soon as I found the first problem and was informed by Justin that I could not return or trade the vehicle in. He informed me that I would have to wait 30 days and use my warranty. Last week I had another problem....the car ran hot once.... I tried to take my trade in up to Carmax, who is supposed to give you the price for your used car no matter what... I called Justin and he beat their trade-in offer by $800 and I ended up getting the exact car I wanted. Thanks Justin!

I had the worst experience and I wasn’t even buying a car. My sister and her husband bought a car last Wednesday from a man name como Williams. The next day we leave the house made one stop and the car didn’t want to started. So she called extreme they told her a mechanic is on his way to take the car to “fix it” but the car still not fixed.
