Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. ALWAYS treated with courtesy and response after a phone call is prompt. Love both the technical staff and the office staff.
We had Job #6021572 done by Extreme Technician Ken. From the scheduling of our service call (person on the phone is fantastic!) to the actual service, Extreme Air & Electric is a professional operation. Ken was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable (yeah, we like him a lot). Even though Ken had to deal with a downpour about 20 mins. into the service call, he patiently waited to complete the job. Also, their pricing is right on. I definitely recommend Extreme Air & Electric.
I was worried that we would need an expensive repair, but Anthony carefully checked out several areas of our ac system. He explained everything he was doing and Ali am very happy with his service and this company. Our repair was something fairly straightforward.
I highly recommend this company. They were prompt for their appointments, technician was very knowledgeable, and cleaned the area when he was finished. The girls in the office were kind and very easy to work with. Parts were ordered and the repair happened very very quickly. I’m a very happy customer.
Extreme was great! Needed help with my mini-split and they got it done, expertly and efficiently. The tech was able to diagnose the problem easily and fix it quickly. I would recommend Extreme Air & Electric to everyone!!!
I completely recommend this company. Unfortunately, we have had to deal with several AC companies in the area over the last 5 years and this one has been by far the best. I was very skeptical, but contacted them after a friend’s referral. Ben was out the same day and twice more since. He is always very professional and knowledgeable.
They area true professionals through and through. Very polite, respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this company for outstanding performance!
