Amazing storage experience, definitely would use again
never used a storage place before so i had lots of questions. i went in kind of nervous but the girls in the office, rhea and ashley i think their names were they were SO nice and helped me understand everything. they even showed me around the units and helped me find one that fit in my budget. i didnt know what size i needed but they took the time with me. you dont see good customer service like that much anymore! thank you girls. (sorry if this posts wrong im not good at phones)
I had a very disappointing experience at Extra Storage Now and feel compelled to share it. When my husband and I visited to inquire about a unit, we were met with unprofessional behavior from the staff. An employee named Ashley was openly swearing, smacking the walls with her lanyard, and gave off an unsettling vibe that made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
