Satisfied with the Rates. – Very satisfied with the rates and what they have to offer as well as great customer service.
Great Move-In Special. – I got an online reservation and when I went into the store, it was nice to be met with friendly smiles and a great move in special. The site was very clean and I was impressed.
Price is Right! – The location is good and the price is right! I did a lot of research online and on the phone when I was looking for a storage facility here in San Diego. There seem to be a number of big national chains that own most of the storage space. However, Extra Storage is not only a nice, independent facility for storing your goods; it's also a great value. Great Business Rates – We are a business and have several units. We have consistently received amazing service and great business rates! Plus we receive our mail at the facility which makes running our business very convenient.
Clean & Well Maintained. – Overall good experience. The place is clean and well maintained. I have been renting here for over 3 years. I have an upstairs unit and it does not have an interior light. Wish the unit had a light, but otherwise I’m happy.
FRIENDLY Staff! – Very pleasant! All questions and concerns were addressed and answered to complete satisfaction. I would like to take the opportunity to make special mention of Tame and Shanti. Finding people like them is rare and appreciated.
Amazing Deals... – I recommend Extra Storage to anyone as I have had things stored here for many years and have only good things to say. The staff knows me by name and they do an excellent job. Make sure you ask about long term specials, I got an amazing deal on the 2nd floor which is saving me a bunch.
GREAT RATES! – Easy drive-up access! One of my most important requirements is drive up access and Extra Storage has an abundance. Previously I had a unit at another storage company and they were charging me more for a smaller unit without drive up access, call here first!
