I did everything online and everything was ready the same day and the office manager at my location is wonderful. He’s always on top of stuff.
Well I'll just state the facts then you can make up your own minds. 1 - I got an increase a couple months in (wasn't much, maybe like $8) however when I questioned it via email the response I rec'd was, "read your contract, we can raise the prices anytime we want" 2 - When I wanted to switch to a larger size unit to accommodate some more stuff I was told there is a unit just 2 doors down, then it changed to 8 doors down, when I actually showed up there it was the furthest end of the property that it could possibly be. 3 - we... read more
