My experience with Extra Space is limited because they bought out the previous facility I was using. But the transition was smooth and I have no complaints.

Since you purchased property in Broomfield, CO. Nothing but problems. Security gate doesn't work allowing for anyone at anytime access, No one ever available in the office. Unit doors need maintenance. Grass along the property isn't maintained and your paid billing invoicing doesn't include a paid PDF for expense reporting purposes. Pretty disappointed and looking to my 4 10x10 units if I don't see improvement
update - apparently they sold the place and the new owners just leave the security gate wide open for days at a time. Bad enough they have no lights at night and no security cameras but now the gate is wide open. I will be taking my stuff out of here. Not even a "heads up" from cube smart.
