I am a highly satisfied customer of Extra Space Storage, Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, NC. For six years, I have received prompt service and communication from the office, enjoyed the clean and well-maintained units and grounds as well as ease of access and convenient location. My one concern has been the rate increases within short intervals of time. This has caused me to downsize space in order to fit my budget. Nevertheless, I will highly recommend this business location.

I cannot say enough nice things about Joel the manager of this facility. my father had a storage unit here for nearly 10 years and he never went back into it after he moved his items in it. It was clean, no bugs, etc. and when it was time for me to get my father’s items out, and I ran into a wall of what to do with it all Joel was very very helpful and took away the anxiety and stress of it all. I highly recommend extra space storage

I have been at this location for three years and Joel is the best manager I have seen! He has made this location more secure, major appearance improvements, and he is friendly, helpful, and accommadating! I highly recommend 5000 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, NC!
