My partner and I, visited Extra Space and met with Richard Cesena. He took the time to go over everything and answered all of our questions. When it came time to move forward on renting a unit, Richard once again was extremely polite, and professionl, and he went beyond and beyond for us.
Over the phone customer service was smooth and satisfying, thank you Mike. Arriving the next day on-site greeted by Assistant Manager Richard Cesena, with location and additional information. Very professional and helpful service, thank you Richard!
