This was extra space when I moved in. Storage star bought it and raised my rate without notice. Didn't let me know my access code was canceled because of new ownership. Left me stuck at the gate trying to get in. Because of this I decided to move out immediately. Cleaned out my unit a week before my next payment was due and didn't even get a refund on the difference. In the business of ripping ppl off. Would never recommend.
