Was a customer here for over 3 years. New management Steve (I think) is fantastic, really helpful and very customer focused. Photo is after I cleaned out my storage unit. If you’re in need of a place to store items that don’t need a climate controlled space this is probably one of the better options with quick access to everything in North Carrollton
Steve was extremely helpful and professional, which I truly appreciated. He was very informative, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend working with Steve!
