Staff was super friendly and helpful and made setup very easy
Very clean, dollies are available for use, and units are easily accessible. The building is air conditioned and very secured. Definitely worth the amount of money paid
We were renting an RV space with PS it was not a very happy experience. Now to the happy ending to this story, finding Steve and Extra Space Storage in Minneapolis MN. I contacted the manager Steve and he was very helpful and listened to what our needs were. We moved our TT trailer 02/25 the rate for our space was outstanding. When the time came for a review of our rental space, I contacted Steve, within two days he got back to us with a cost. We are happy with the result. Pretty happy with my experience overall, it was over a year. I just cancelled my storage right after paying the monthly bill and they refunded it! Management is great, always available to answer questions. The only thing is prices get raised every 6 months or so and the website rate is only “temporary deal”. Gate has been broken a few times but I don’t use it often so it’s never been a problem. Would still recommend this location if you don’t DEPEND on storage!
Very nice experience. Worked with Steve and got all set up with a storage space in very little time. The space is clean and well organized.
