I would like to say a “BIG TANK YOU” to Nicki for going the extra mile in helping us get a much needed lower rate which we have not had for many years. She takes time to listen and understands and tries her best to work with the customer . She truly cares about what does and it shows. Thank you Will for making sure things run smoothly when Nicki needs a break. I would recommend this storage site it is always clean and organized and great service.

I try to never leave bad reviews but this was deserving of one. Went to visit my storage unit for the first time. I wanted to go to the front desk incase I needed to check in. I saw there was a doorbell on the wall outside the front office with a sign. I pressed the doorbell and got no response. I saw there was someone at the front desk and wait a bit but assumed I didn't press the button hard enough and they can't see me. I tried press the bell again but still no response.
