Bait and switch! We got an initial good deal on an extra large unit and then the rate went up appropriately. Not too long after that, we received notice that our rate was going up 33%! That is ridiculous! Additionally, while they claim that top floor units are elevator accessible, there are stairs throughout the hallway so that you can't wheel your items from the elevator to the unit - they have to be brought down TWO sets of stairs in a narrow hallway. I stored at this place a while ago. The people in the office were very kind and the price was right. That said, I had an indoor unit on the second floor of a building with a very concerning elevator. Getting my things in and out was an absolute pain due to the size and shape of the elevator, but I guess at least it HAD a working elevator. The real issue is the motion activated lights inside the windowless upstairs areas.
