Added on a storage unit. Nice staff, specifically Grace, was super. East access to premises, secure and high walled/gated area, decent rates, and very clean.

Absolutely terrible experience. They lure you in with a 3‑month upfront promo and then monthly rent increases. The building is unsafe — pitch‑black hallways because the motion‑sensor lights lag. I almost walked straight into a cart someone left lying around. Huge safety hazard The lights by the front don’t turn on until someone walks in. I could’ve been seriously injured. Grace is wonderful and so helpful. Walked me through everything and made it easy to get setup. The facility was clean and cool. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the overly expensive insurance!

First day in and im already loving it. I been a Extra Space loyal customer for over 5 years now. I was at the flamingo location now known at U.S Storage center and they kept raising my unit rent and wont even work with me. Im glad to be back with XS.
