I don’t think anyone wants to need a storage unit, but if you do, this is the place to go. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Parking is convenient, and getting in and out of the units is simple. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone has been incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to assist with anything I needed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. This place is a joke. One day I show up to get something out of my storage and my lock is cut off. My unit is wide open. A tote of purses is missing. I went to the office the lady asked what I did??? Like are you serious? I just showed up and it was like this. At that point I should have moved but I didn’t. Then I show up again and my lock is changed. Apparently they changed the doors and locks on all units. I have these sheets that 250-300 a set. I had 10 sets . After they were in my unit , I now only have 4 sets left. So I... read more
