Customer service was great, fast friendly
I’ve been with extra space for over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve stayed because of the service. I want to give a special shout out to Terrell, whom I believe is the store manager. I’m an event planner and go to my storage almost everyday and I see Terrell every single time. He’s always smiling and professional and answers all of my million questions with patience and care. Very clean and the climate control really is a bonus but thus far I have only ventured to my unit once as I am quite enjoying not having all the stuff around me but very pleased
