Right out the gate, we knew we were in good hands not just with the unit but with the educated staff who were very kind and answered any and all questions without hesitation. I truly feel this was the best choice for storage (in my case just 2 months). Clean, safe, easy accessible with 2 different load in points. The customer service in the facility is great but the corporate service and communication with the customer is really no existent it only works one way for them and is no good that is the reason I am looking for another place sorry to said
Rented out a unit with help from Jay. She was phenomenal and the process was a lot easier than expected. She explained everything in detail and was very transparent with us.
