Been calling for weeks and never get an answer and haven’t been able to even get into the property to get my things I need to live
I love this place. Friendly, amazing, and attentive front office staff. We don’t always have to call/get help but when we do it’s always incredible service. We actually only intended to have this unit for a month but decided to just hold onto it because of this.
Highly recommend Extra self storage. The owner and employees are amazing. Great customer service. We had a storage unit for years with them and our belongings were safe and no pest problem. Thank you again.
Thank you to the team at extra self storage. Every time I showed up there was somebody on the premises. I felt very secure for my belongings. They've been very prompt and helpful with all of my needs. And even made a phone call when a new face (my wife) showed up to get some of our storage items. We would definitely recommend their services and use them again.
