In April of 2020 we entered a contract with Extra Mile Construction to provide a new roof for our residence. They viewed the attic and included a clause in the contract that they would avoid damaging the HVAC Freon pipe that was near the attic deck on the back left side of the attic. Matt, Mark, Alex and the Extra Mile team truly are the real deal. I’ve had the typical roofing experience and was skeptical when they shared that they were different. Along the way I became a believer as they followed through on every commitment and addressed everything I nit-picked them on without question. We are so glad we chose Extra Mile Construction to do our patio, pergola and solar attic ventilator. Everything turned out beautifully and we’ve had numerous compliments on the workmanship. They were professional and responsive to our questions and gave us a great space to relax and hang out in our back yard. They took the hassle out of dealing with our HOA and the city permitting process which made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend Matt and his crew of friendly and professional people.
