One of the cleaners spilled water on our bathroom floor, didn’t wipe it up, and caused a leak. She also dropped something hard in the bathtub and chipped some of the porcelain. Accidents can happen but Extra Green Cleaning did not take responsibility for her mistakes and denied any responsibility. Most of their cleaners are good, but we had previous problems with one particular cleaner being careless and heavy handed in the way she cleaned our house. The team of women who come, Ingrid and Mayra, do a thorough cleaning, wash all the floors, respond to my requests. i enjoy their coming
