Father/Son operation. Got to meet them both. Great people, great communication, fair price, worked fast, provided realistic expectations for my carpet cleaning. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Update: 2nd time using Extra Effort. My Carpets are new yet again. These guys are legit.

Courteous, timely, great communication. Went the extra effort to help remove stains. Professional. Elliot with the experience, and Brian with the hard work and extra effort and care! Great team. Called Teasdale Fenton first - they were cheaper, but tech showed up wreaking of cigarette smoke and said they couldn't clean the couches, didn't even try to help. Glad to pay extra and get the work and quality we received.
Prompt and courteous on the phone and able to schedule within 2 days! An accurate and reasonable estimate. Sectional couch was thoroughly cleaned and Brian went the extra mile to help my husband move the sectional to another part of the house as well. It shows that this company is owner operated and they take pride in their work. Will be calling Extra Effort again!
5 stars!!!! This company is amazing to work with!! Called for an estimate- they were able to work around our schedule and get us an estimate within 2 days of us calling. The estimate was extremely reasonable. So glad we choose this company, they were quick to get out and clean our carpets. They look amazing!! Very friendly! Recommend them 100%%%
