Communication was exceptional and they were prompt. They were able to remove stains that had been in my sofa for years that would come out with nothing else. I highly recommend Brian and Elliott.

We are very pleased with the work Brian and Elliot did! Our carpets and upholstery look like new again, and they are such personable and friendly gentlemen! Very reasonably priced, along with extra effort, gets five stars .

Father/Son operation. Got to meet them both. Great people, great communication, fair price, worked fast, provided realistic expectations for my carpet cleaning. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Update: 2nd time using Extra Effort. My Carpets are new yet again. These guys are legit.

Courteous, timely, great communication. Went the extra effort to help remove stains. Professional. Elliot with the experience, and Brian with the hard work and extra effort and care! Great team. Called Teasdale Fenton first - they were cheaper, but tech showed up wreaking of cigarette smoke and said they couldn't clean the couches, didn't even try to help. Glad to pay extra and get the work and quality we received.
