The process of buying my new Versa with Brianna was painless. There was no need to haggle because she made sure to get me the best deal in my price range. There was no pressure whatsoever. I bought a used sentra here a few months ago and was back recently for scheduled maintenance. I was reminded how nice the folks were at sales. Turns out they are very friendly and helpful at the service department as well.
I just got a new Z and they were very helpful in the transaction. The legal stuff all went by pretty quick with all the paperwork. They were very informative about the car and its features while I accepted delivery. I wont need a car for a while but if I know someone who does I will send them your way.
This is a very low pressure dealer. I must have come to the lot half a dozen times just looking and they never made me feel uncomfortable like I had to buy right then. WHen I was ready they were just as friendly and helpful and the same no pressure. I was very pleased with the knowledge of my sales guy as well. Sorry, forgot his name...
I bring my Armada here for anything I need because I like the service department here. They have been great to deal with and a re always friendly. The resolve any of my concerns immediately and take care of things they notice that are covered as well. really comprehensive and great service.
I just came in for a look at the different models and met one of the sales associates. Brianna was very well informed and answered any question that I have had. I was able to make a very informed decision because of her expertise.
They have a great employee there named Cliff. He is dedicated to the customer and just a great guy. I now send people I know here and tell them to check with you first. They deserve a really great rating.
I was having several problems with a 2011 Altima and Brianna took such good care of me the whole time. Eventually after I had had it with all the problems she was able to trade it in for a 2012. She even has called after to check on the car.
