Excellent customer service, with fair prices. After reading the reviews I was blown away with a customer giving a bad review for their contractors mistake in ordering windows. Make sure you read all reviews carefully when chosing a merchant or supplier. Not ALL bad reviews deserve merit. As a contractor, if I ordered something wrong for a customer, it is my reasoniblitiy to make it right, not the supplier. Custom orders for anything are final upon approval, there are no exchanges. This is common sense.

My wife and I wanted black. So, I called Exterior Vinyl Wholesale in Wilkesboro, NC to have something done about getting the correct color windows and they would not help me at all.
