We hired Neal to design and build a back yard deck for us to replace a decaying concrete steps at our back door. We had a concept in mind, and with very little communication, Neal was able bring to life a beautiful version of what we asked for. It is gorgeous and has transformed our back yard. Neal Franson did some deck work for us several years ago. He did a fantastic job in that he had to change the whole design because of a mishap with a previous design. Neal is friendly, on time, reasonably priced and knows his stuff. We would use Neal again if the need arises.
We had Neal with Exterior Specialty build a wood patio cover for our patio a few years ago. The patio cover is beautiful and turned our patio into an outdoor living room. Neal is friendly, reliable and a master craftsman. A+
