We hired this company in January 2026 to replace the windows in my uncle’s home. He paid a $10,000 deposit by check. The crew arrived, stayed for about an hour, and then told him they had ordered the wrong windows and would need to come back. The check was cashed, but the work was never completed. Run away from this company as fast as you can. They will take your deposit, cash it immediately, and suddenly go missing. They will not schedule your roof, they will not answer your calls or texts. The level of harassment and chasing you will have to do for months will not be worth anything. Your roof could have been done 5x by 5 different companies before you get some generic nonsense response. But do not forget, your 7k deposit would have already been cashed. Pay attention to your paper work carefully regarding your warranty. Over a year since the job was completed and I still do not have my proper warranty paperwork. I keep being told it’s being taken care of , with no clear updates. Also Goodluck getting the referal money out of them , they will keep telling you it’s being discussed.
