Excellent service. Caregiversare very knowledgeable and treat the clients as if they were a family member.
As an employee, I must say that I am impressed with the staff and their care, our clients have the best skim I've ever seen in elderly, bed sores are caught early and the prevention techniques are followed to a t. I work with the same clients at the same times weekly, they provide training with an experienced aid for new clients instead of just handing me a folder and saying good luck!, The pay is fair, the office staff are friendly and professional, all in all I'd recommend rainshadow in confidence that they deliver the bes... read more
