Morgan Hill location was terrible at best. I’ve had 3 rooms here for 4 months the service has been terrible and the management could care less. The only reason we haven’t moved somewhere else is because there is no other place that has a room rate for that period of time Don’t stay there if you can stay elsewhere
Morgan Hill San Jose Extended Stay has by far the worst services. Booked 2 rooms for 5 days $ 115 plus tax a night and the room service was incredibly bad. I have never been to any hotel where you have to pay extra for a replacement clean towel( $4.99 per towel)in addition pay extra to have “room service“ clean the rooms. Room service is something that should offered automatically, but apparently this place just takes advantage of guest by charging extra money for services. Has a great location. Lot's of retailer and food businesses near by. Very convenient if you don't have transportation.
