I had to wait in line for a homeless guy to refill his thermos one k cup at a time. How about making sure only guests have access to the services? I'll pay double and stay somewhere with a little more class next time

My wife and I had a mini vacation to kick off the holiday season with friends and family. We decided to stay at this hotel because of location. We drove from Las Vegas and this was the closest hotel from where we were coming from. The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm and Heide, who helped us, was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a warm welcome and made our stay enjoyable. I tried checking in after 11pm one night with my 10year old daughter because of a last minute emergency/decision we had to stay at a hotel on this night. I called and booked 2 nights with them gave my card number and even confirmed it was for that night. When we go to check in, my reservation wasn't until the next day. So I canceled that one and did another one for that night. After all that, they wouldn't check me in because I didn't have my physical ID with me.
