This hotel definitely needs upgrades. You need to ask front dest for everything. The were low on kitchen utensils. Place says no smoking but second floor smelled like cigarettes. The employees are attentive and nice and are working with what they are given. Stoves also take a long time to heat up in the majority of the suites im assuming because we had 2 rooms in two different floors with the same problem. Also not the cleanest we did find crumbs under the pull out sofa mattress.
Heide is great. She’s so helpful and always nice to see her smiley face every day
I’ve really enjoyed my stay here at Extended Stay. The staff has been great, very warm and welcoming and extremely accommodating. Dawn and her team (Jerry, Heide, Fernando, and Jeremy) are excellent.
Ten out of ten!! All the Way!! Heidi and Dawn are the best!! Great customer service!! Rooms are clean and top notch!! My stay here at ESA has been the best extended stay thus far!! I highly recommend staying here rather it's short term or long!! Thank you team at ESA South San jose!!
