Very helpful front desk! After checking in and getting situated; a call came in from the front desk and the front desk was just checking if I needed anything and if everything was okay with my room. I went and checked out the heated pool. They have grab and go breakfast. Kitchenette. Two burners, need to ask for kitchen supplies. Hard wood floorin in room. PLEASE READ before booking: - breakfast consists of coffee and granola bars ONLY. They advertise included breakfast but for half of our stay, breakfast was missing and the other half was just granola bars. 3 staff we encountered did nothing to fix the issue and acted like we were wasting their time. - staff were unkind and unhelpful for the most part… seemed like “we were bothering them” every time we needed something. - pool was great but pool towels were usually not ready. - your room might not be ready at check-in so be p... read more
