trey at extended stay was so unbelievably helpful,kind, and professional. i would recommend him and his experience he provided to me getting our problem solved to anyone.
Called to inform of late checking as I'm driving up from kenai peninsula and am told to wait until 12am as the system will do an audit and not record the reservation. Listened to the clerk and when I arrived to book I'm informed of an early check-in fee almost the cost of an extra night. Not being warned of this was a deceptive practice but live and learn. When they work they do but late traveler beware, book even if the desk agent says don't.
