Great staff clean and very quite
I was here last month to train at FlightSafety International, Wichita, KS. ESA is an easy 25 min walk to FSI. Not only did I get an upgrade to a larger (no-smoking, no pets) room with a kitchen, fridge, desk, bathroom (with amenities), bed, TV, couch, but also a gigantic discount for my stay that had to be extended (pun intended). Robyn Elliot at the front desk is awesome—she was very accommodating and understanding, her energy when you greet her, professionalism, and overall solicitousness was infectious.
Absolutely horrible experience. Do not book this hotel. Within the first month of what was supposed to be a two-month stay for work, I discovered visible mold growing throughout my room. The AC unit also smelled musty and moldy. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and they apologized and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had visible mold.
