07/18/25 - emergency personnel onsite in very early hours of morning with bright flashing lights. Gurney come out with someone on it, white sheet fully covering (can only assume it was a corpse). Emergency personnel removed the corpse from the property. Very sad.
Herndon is a cute city close to D.C. But this hotel is not cute. Rooms smelled like weed and non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. No one that works here knows what customer service is. Elevator has been broken for 7 years and door keys don't always work.
I lost items in there I don't know if Billy uses his brain well, I don't know if Billy uses his brain well, but he's a person who never helped me. He put my things away and then came back, and they weren't there. Terrible service.
Carina is the star of the show. She works weekdays and weekends. She knows her stuff and is always accomodating, courteous, and friendly. She's the sunshine that brightens this place.
