With a name like Extended Stay, you would think they would understand that business travel is their target customer. You would be wrong. Because at the hours of 9 and 10pm when you are trying to fall asleep, there might be a room of unsupervised children sharing a wall with you, slamming doors, and jumping on the bed. This is by far the worst place I ever stayed in my life. It was fine until the lady who owns the place started to do things behind the desk being racist and kick me and my brother out because we were black. I'm a traveling electrician and I will let everybody who I meet no never go to this place ever!!!!

Terrible experience — I would never stay here again. I arrived late at night with a friend after already paying for the room online. However, the payment was apparently not showing in their system, and the front desk employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. Even after I explained that I had already paid, instead of helping or explaining the situation, he spoke to us aggressively and used extremely inappropriate language, including saying, “Only sign your fing sign.”* This was completely unacceptable and made both me an... read more
