These folks will literally treat you like royalty just to get you to write a good review for them then treat you like trash. My previous comment was Mr. Billy was a great help and he was asking me to move my own refrigerator out of my room. Do another name to take another refrigerator out of there because mine didn't work. Nearly 2 days to back this post, I can actually go to the hotel And take you to the room that I switched out of then I try to go back to the hotel to stay there and they literally will not let me stay ther... read more
The first room they gave me had roaches in them. One dead and one alive… who knows how much more there was that I didn’t see. Smh. it was still early in the day too so I was shocked to see any roaches in the daytime! I went to exchange rooms and the guy that helped me out was so sincerely sweet and apologetic. Overall they need to fix the condition of the hotel expeditiously.
