Went to Tulsa to visit my dad in the hospital. We reserved a king. We wanted to change to a double when my brother also showed up. We called the hotel. It went to an answering service that said "The clerked stepped away. We can have them call back, or try back later." We asked for a call back. Never got one. We tried back to no avail.
