I was a long term guest for over 20 months (2023-2025). When I found a billing discrepancy (I was being double charged a fee weekly) I spent a month trying to address the issue with management and received zero return communication or resolution. When I finally was able to speak with management I was given 2 days to leave. The hotel staff are very friendly but the revolving door of management has left huge gaps in training and understanding of the computer systems and billing programs.
