Large spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. The employees we have encountered were all helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the mall, best buy, and tons of restaurants and stores. The gated parking lot removed any worry about theft or vandalism. I highly recommend staying at Extended stay Tacoma south.

I came here specifically to heal after my cancer surgery. I was here for one month and these people were amazing. I've come to find that the hotel itself was pretty awesome however it probably gets bad reviews because of its customers and its location.

You’re not booking a five-star luxury hotel, but for the price and location, this has been a great place to stay for an extended period! Our room has always been clean, there’s laundry on-site, and the staff is consistently available and willing to help…whether we need something restocked or an issue fixed. They also allow pets, which is a huge plus for us, and the gated parking lot adds some peace of mind.
