I am giving Extended Stay this bad review because they only allow you to book 3rd party through their sight. When I selected my room the 3rd party site was very confusing and I have vision issues. I stayed there 2 months ago and accidentally booked the one of the nights wrong and I have been fighting for almost to months to get my money back since. I stayed at that hotel for 3 nights yet they still will not refund my money when the link said refundable.
Complaint Regarding Hotel Stay in Tacoma, WA I am the Operations Manager for a trucking company that has a construction crew. This complaint concerns an incident that occurred on September 14th, 2025.
