I absolutely loved how bubbly and upbeat and always willing to help out the front desk employee Hope was I looked forward to seeing here she made my stay so much less stressful
Location is great, the staff was really friendly, & our room was clean. However, I booked this stay also because it advertised breakfast - which when I arrived, it was snack bars, muffins & coffee. I was there with my son for a sport event; I wanted for our family to be able to have a true Breakfast to start our days. Our room didn't coffee maker. The beds were only full-size. And most times we entered the hotel, we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke since people were allowed to smoke just outside the front door.
We have been residents here since late July because of a fire at our house. The staff has been wonderful and have been very helpful when needed. i would recommend this place to anyone that needs someplace to stay long term. Debbie, Christina and Megan who work the front desk are all very friendly and helpful! great customer service!
