Poor receptionist she was the only staff in the hotel. They didn’t had the room ready and asked us to go to different hotel.
Mary was my concierge upon arrival and she is the ultimate customer service representative of the company I would trust her to get me the best price with the friendliest service always. I would also recommend other staff members taking a note or too about how to handle clients with an attitude, she was great!
The staff are amazing. Very family friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate. Very thankful for the hospitality and recommend staying here is you plan on staying at hotel
My husband and I just moved to Tacoma from Bozeman. The house that we rented had a multitude of plumbing issues so we are staying at this hotel until the property manager resolves the issues. In a nutshell - great hotel. Clean, quiet, accommodating. Staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. I couldn't ask for more. This feels like a home when we can't go home. Thank you.
