Very impressed with the staff and management !! They have been helpful with any questions I've had and I've already recommended this hotel to many of my coworkers that are here for work !! Letha, Tatiana, Micheal and Jade have all been a pleasure to work with and the maintenance man Mike was on top of a couple small fixes as soon as I asked. Thank you !!

The employees at the desk were great. They were helpful. But the room left a lot to be desired. It smelled like people before us had smoked in it. No matter how much air spray I used it still smelled. The floors were filthy. They felt gritty and my socks were black the first night. The bathroom floor was filthy also. It was gross around the toilet. It was also a slip and fall problem when you used the shower because the water came out and went all over the floor. The whole room needed to be updated. I only stayed here as a absolute last resort for an event in Syracuse, and I regret it. The hotel is run-down and felt unsafe with groups constantly loitering right in front of the entrance. Inside, the room was in terrible shape: ripped furniture, dirty/broken amenities (the back of the TV remote was missing), and an overall lack of basic maintenance. To top it off, they charge an outrageous rate for these conditions plus a $100 hold on your card. Wifi sucks. Light fixture doesn't turn on. Save your money and stay anywhere ... read more
