At 4AM in the morning, a man started pounding the doors of all rooms through the aisle screaming "nobody move nobody gets hurt. Women and children gets no hurt," while I was staying with my family. He has been doing this for an hour, entire my family was extremely scared, but no action from the hotel. I can deal with some degree of dirtiness, but the degree of safety issue is unacceptable.

This place is a dump. There were stains all over the walls and kitchen area of my room, even food/drink stains on the leather armchair. The room and the hallway reek of cigarettes even through there are no smoking signs everywhere. There is smoke residue on the walls of my room (I can tell because it comes off when you wipe it), and in the curtains as well.
