Nastiest hotel I’ve ever been too… there was a man in grave condition in a wheelchair not being attended to at all! Stinks of urine and the staff would not help at all . Will never book with them again
The staff at ESA on Torrance Blvd has been very kind to me and my daughter during our stay. Everyone was accommodating and went above and beyond to provide great service and comfort. Will recommend 10 stars if I could!
