First, I’d like to thank Hayden for helping me with the issues I had at extended stay in Torrance California on Torrance Boulevard! Hayden went over and beyond his work duties to ensure that I had a nice clean room to move to, since the room I was in the toilet was not functioning for three days. Hayden is very kind, great Customer Service, always asking if I need anything, if I need anything, he’s always right there so I wanna shout out and give kudos to Hayden. Thank you so much for your help you are appreciated!
Hayden goes above and beyond every time! The best employee here! I give him a 10/10 for consistent excellent service!
No ice machine water pressure in the room was horrible very weak the breakfast was lame
