I am writing to disupute. While I had anticipated a comfortable stay, I encountered several significant issues that made the experience unacceptable and frankly, unsanitary. Upon entering the room, I discovered a substantial amount of nail clippings behind the television, which was both disgusting and unhygienic. Didn’t really fill the hospitality at this location. Nothing was being told while making reservations. A car should be on file and because I was booking it days at a time and not seven days at a time I had to keep adding card on file and renewing the card even when the card for the room key was already activated for the two days I had to keep going downstairs just to get the car activated. This is the worst experience that I ever had. I came to Torrance because this is an area that’s been an upstanding neighborhood This hotel was over by Del Amo And I expect it so much more the room was horrible and so is the service and needs to be remodeled no carts to bring in your luggage for the seniors need more handicap parking I will never stay there again. All the furniture is peeling and the lights aren’t working. They need to send me my money back.

I travel to this area of California for work every three months and have been looking for a safe, comfortable hotel that I could use as my regular place to stay. Unfortunately, this property will not be one of them. I was genuinely surprised by how run-down the hotel appeared. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a strong smell of marijuana that lingered throughout the entire first floor.
